With the aim of creating an organization where all employees can work energetically in both body and mind, we promote Health and Productivity Management.

Governance System

The President and CEO serves as the chief executive responsible for Health and Productivity Management.
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of health-related initiatives are led primarily by the Human Resources Support Department.
These activities are carried out under the supervision of an Executive Officer of the Corporate Management Division.
We collaborate with occupational physicians, public health nurses, the health insurance association, and employee unions.

  • Complete indoor smoking ban and designation of no-smoking days
